why are packets being sent so much larger than recieved

Hi:

Local Are connection status:
What is considered normal for packetings being sent and
recieved.

Currently Sent: 390,842,992,492
Recieved:1,350

I did a clean install thinking I had a virus becasue of
this. Comlete format and reload with factory default
software.

Please let me know if this is norml.

That's probably a spurious number caused by a bug in the Ethernet
adapter's driver program. Download and install the latest driver
program from the manufacturer's web site.
