Why are certain proper nouns chosen for the grammar dictionary?

I'm trying to find out why and how certain proper nouns, such as Enron or
Halliburton, are chosen to be included in the grammar dictionary utilized by
Word's spell checking function.
 
My guess is that they are significant MS corporate customers.
