Why am I receiving two copies of my e-mail

I am receiving two copies of all my e-mail in microsoft outlook. Does anyone
know how to fix this problem?
 
Remove any antivirus client integration and then see. You can try disabling
the entire antivirus real time scan, firewall and email scanning too.
