Why am I included as recipient in a Reply-to-All?

Question from my CEO: When I respond to a message by
clicking on Reply-to-All, my own address is included in
the list of recipents. Is there any way to make Outlook
automatically send the response to everyone EXCEPT me?

Environment is Outlook XP, Windows 2000 Pro, Exchange 5.5
