I am absolutly floored!!!...Whoever thought it was a smart idea to not tell
everyone or anyone that a major email overhaul was about to take place
should be fired on the spot and sent to live in exile. I think you have
screwed up millions of peoples emailing lives who have very important
unreplaceable mails in their inboxes and I for one am demanding that you
return the inbox system back to the way it was and atleast give us the
option to switch or allow us some time to get vitally important files off of
hotmail and onto our computers. If I wanted outlook I would be using it
already! I DO NOT WANT AN OUTLOOK CLONE....I DO NOT WANT OUTLOOK PERIOD!!! I
WANT HOTMAIL! IS SOMEONE AT MS GOING TO PAY FOR THE NEW MARKETTING CAMPAIGN
I NOW HAVE TO COME UP WITH TO SWITCH ALL OF MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS TO THEIR
NEW SYSTEM??? (not to mention business cards, stationary, internet branding,
merchandise etc.)

So many things I want to say to you on how you are now costing myself and
many of your customers not only money but aggravation in taking away a key
instrument to their interet experience and business.

SWITCH IT BACK NOW!

One very aggravated customer,

Chris

You get what you pay for.

Anybody who values their messages and considers them important should back
them up.

You use HOTMAIL for BUSINESS? I wouldn't touch with a BARGEPOLE anyone
who used a HOTMAIL address for business.

Heh-heh. You and me both.
How can anyone not realize that spending $8 per year for their own
domain name buys a certain amount of prestige and trust?
