Whois>backtrace: Layman's Terms?

I am running Sygate firewall.

The following seems to be blocked all the time by Sygate; I have no clue
what it is, but figure if Sygate wants to block it, and my system's running
okay, that's a *good* thing.

Also, how come a Remote Host shows up a 0.0.0.0 is is untraceable?

Could someone give me some insight, in layman's terms?
