Who changed the hostname?

Is there a way i can see which domain account was used to change a hostname?

Could you provide a little more context? AFAIK, whomever owns a domain has
the authority to change a hostname; or to delegate that authority to some
agent acting on his behalf.
 
There are 7 of us who have domain admin priviliges. Some clever arse has
changed the hostname of one of the servers and as such has caused a few
problems. I need somebody to blame :-)

I am guessing that this is a Windows domain. It sounds like you have seven
people to blame; assuming that domain changes are not logged.
