Whither the AIK?

What has happened to Windows AIK download?

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7e5752f7-4e64-47
4f-9069-d2694eff2245&DisplayLang=en

says "The download you requested is unavailable".

I can see from at least one Blog post that it may have recently
disappeared, then reappeared.

a-bootable-winpe-2-0-usb-key.aspx

Yet, it is still available in, for example, Brazilian:

I have mine, but how can I refer others to it?

That is strange? I haven't heard of any reason why it would not be
available?

Good, thanks. Perhaps it is just a glitch that will be fixed. For the
moment though it still looks broken :-(

It has now been re-released, it seems.

It is now "Date Published: 2/13/2007", the same filename, the same file
size. Some of the contents have changed, mostly language packs, but I
think the winpe.cab has remained the same.
