White Space/Blank LInes

I have created a report in Access 2003 whose Code Source is a query. My
report has four lines. Three of these lines in each record always hasve
data. The fourth line sometimes has data and sometimes has no data. On the
fouth line I have set Can Shrink to "Yes."

When I print the report, all records print with four lines with the fourth
line being blank for those records that have data in only three of the
lines. This means that some records have two blank lines between itself and
the next recored, and one blank one between other records. I would like for
my report to print with only one line between all records. How can I keep
the fourth (blank line) from printing in those records that have data in
only three fields?

The fouth line is on a line by itself, so the Can Shrink set to "Yes" should
work, but doesn't.

Make sure the Can Shink property of the Detail section is also set to Yes.

If that still doesn't work, perhaps there is something else alongside the
field (e.g. a label), or slightly overlapping it verticallly. Or perhaps the
data is not null (e.g. a space or zero-length string.)

Worked perfectly.

Thanks
