White blank page while surfing on IE 6.0

I have an issue while surfing on IE 6.0.
Once in every couple hours while working on IE it would return white page.
So what I have to do is close out the window and come back in again. If that
doesnt work, I would have to go to "Tool" option on Internet Explorer and
delete the
offline content files. Has anyone experience this same type of problem?
Please advise the solution on this issue.

Close all IE windows.
Go to Internet Options in the Control Panel.
Delete Temporary Internet Files (TIF).
Set TIF to 50 MB.
