Whilst I'm here! Disable Drag and Drop in Explorer?

Whilst I'm here asking questions...

Does anyone know how I can disable Drag and Drop for Windows explorer?

So many restore requests that we get are from people who have
accidentally dragged the data somewhere else and they don't know
they've done it (or they know they've done it, don't know where it's
dropped to and therefore don't admit it!)...

I found the IE setting that supposedly does this (suggests you can do
it for the Local Intranet zone), but I can't get it work. (Article
found here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888534)

Any ideas?
Thanks
Ruth
