"While you were out" form

We are looking for a "While you were out" form that we can
download that can be used within Outlook. I found one for
Outlook 97/98 but nothing for 2002. I realize we can
create our own but I thought there shoud be something
already available. Can any one help??

The one for Outlook 97/98 should work fine in Outlook 2002.

Note: I can't remember if there is code behind these forms, but to play it
safe, make sure the form is published to the global forms library (exchange)
or the personal forms library.
