while in SCHEDULED TASKS, I can't set up the SYSTEM RESTORE or any windows programs to run

I am trying to setup WinXP Pro to automatically set a restore point
everyday.

BUT while in SCHEDULED TASKS, I can't set up the SYSTEM RESTORE to run.
Also windows SYSTEM INFORMATION will not start.
SOLITARE will not start.
All windows programs will not start in SCHEDULED TASKS.

However, I can start any 3rd party program.

I keep getting error message:

An error has occurred while attempting to set account information.
0x800700075: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to perform the requested operation.

This automatic restore point worked for years...until I transferred all my
data and the WinXP operating system to a new drive.

Help?

Just an update of additional information:

I also got this related error:
"System Restore.job" (rstrui.exe) 8/31/2004 12:03:00 AM ** ERROR **
The attempt to retrieve account information for the specified task failed;
therefore, the task did not run. Either an error occurred, or no account
information existed for the task.
The specific error is:
0x8004130f: No account information could be found in the Task Scheduler
security database for the task indicated.-

System restore already creates a checkpoint everyday

My winxp system restore does NOT make a restore point everyday.

What can I do to get it to do that?-
