WHICH WORD do I download to be compatible with Windows Vista?

Aburning question for 2 days now. My Toshiba laptop's temporary Word will be
expiring and I need to (apparently) purchase and download the software from
Mirosoft to get the "product key". Something else it took 2 days to figure
out what THAT was. I was directed to a "help" button that literally did not
exist.
And perhaps more important, WHY is it so impossible to get a simple answer
to this question from any of the Microsoft web pages I have tried? They are
all circular--no matter what information I try I am always led back to the
same page, requiring a sign-in or a product purchased or some such. I am
average in computer literacy, not a genius but no dummy, and this is insanely
time-consuming.

When your trial copy expires, it's time to pay for it. When you pay for it,
you will get the product ID (the 25-digit number that tells the program it's
legit).

I *strongly* recommend ordering your software from Amazon.com. You'll have a
full (legal) retail version and you'll have the CDs in hand in case you need
to reinstall down the road.
