which refill chain has good Samsung toner?

Toner (and inkjet) refill has gone corporate and it's easy to find what
appear to be fanchise refill stores in the phone book. Harder to find, at
least according to complaints here, is somebody who offers toner as finely
milled as what Samsung puts in their OEM replacement carts. Lots of generic
stuff doesn't seem to work properly.

Who's had been satisfied, and/or is there a brand of bulk toner I should
see if the refiller uses?

See the map for locations of their dealers. They are one of the World's largest
suppliers of toner and associated components and I have used their products for
years, always high quality. There may be others just as good but I have no
first hand experience with any other supplier. Ask your local remanufacturer if
they use SCC's toner.
