Which is better? Install all apps under Administrator or give User temporary Admin rights?

User: John - Admin
User: Jane - limited account

Should I just give Jane admin rights , log in as Jane, install all her
programs/updates and then knock the account back to limited?
Or install all the programs/updates under Admin and see what happens when
Jane logs in and tries to run them?

What's your opinion about programs that need to be run under someone with
Admin rights? Is this what they call "bad coding"?

Thank you in advance.

1. Many programs should run from "Jane" as well when you install them
in "John".
2. For those whcih do not work, reinstall thm in "Jane".
3. Also see "Certain Programs Do Not Work Correctly If You Log On
Through a Limited User Account"
