Where's the NG to complain about VS 2003 IDE?

In my opinion,the fact that VS.NET changes the html code is a massive oversight. Didn't they learn from frontpage???

One specific example is something I am contending with at the moment
I have put runat=server in the <TITLE> tag so I can access the title as a page header automatically on everypage on an intranet. VS.net constantly (but not consistantly) removes it. REALLY annoying

Is there no way of turning this 'feature' off?
