Where's myie2.com?

I've been trying to access myie2.com with no success. The best I could do
was to get some funky looking code symbols that allowed me to go to
http://www.ldfa.firstream.net/html_fr/home.htm. As I don't read French, it
was of no help. Anyone know if their is something wrong with myie2.com's
English web site?

Reason I'm trying to get it is that 8.22 works with my touchpad and 8.35
doesn't, but I "lost" 8.22 and I'm trying to find a place to download it
again.

I just tried the site and then used AltaVista to translate the page...alta
vista toolbar is available for free to translate text or web pages
toolbar
