Where to send suspected file for testing?

I've got an file that is certainly malware, definitely contains a
dialer, and might be viral in some way. Nothing I've run it through
(ad-adaware, spybot, f-prot, symantec) detects anything notable about it
though.

Where can I send it for testing and analysis?

Thanks.

If you have Norton AV, open NORTON, click on REPORTS, then QUARANTINE. Click
ADD. Select the file and click OK. Once in quarantine, click the file and,
from the ACTION menu, click "submit to Symantec".

A very fast preliminary analysis can be done with the Kaspersky Online
Virus Checker. Name the suspect file on your hard disk, it will be sent
to the web site, analyzed and the result displayed.

I recently identified a spoof mail with a download trojan by doing so
(see my posting in acv on Dec 17th).
