Where to place page break?

Good Afternoon,

I am really new at Access (just learned the basic basics a few days ago) and
I am working on a very simple report which is pulling from two different
query's... Contact Information (Name, address, phone, etc) and Call
Information (Call time, date, subject, call notes). The report runs great,
but I would like to make all the information fit onto a page per customer.
There is plenty of room for all of the information (and then some) but I
cannot figure out where to add the page break. What currently is happening is
that if the customer has several different calls, each call is being printed
on it's own page.

Hello Ricoy,

When I created the report through report wizard I sorted it by contact
information. However, after the report was created I went into design view
and re-arranged everything. Here is a breakdown of the fields
Report Header - Blank
Page Header - Company Logo and report name
FirstName Header - All of the customer contact information. Underneath in
the same header are the sub headers with "Call Date", "Call Time", "subject",
etc.
Detail Header - The call date, call time, subject data.
Page Footer - Today's date & Page #
Report Footer - Blank

Check for the Force New Page property in the Property Sheet for the Section
containing the information you want on a separate page.

I need it all to be on the same page, not seperate. I've checked all the
header properties, they all have "none" in the Force New Page field. I've
managed to rig it, I put a page break directly under the "FirstName Header",
the first page it prints is blank, but the pages after that print everything
on one page.

Thanks!
