Where to place code

Yesterday I was given a link to a site where i could create code to alter the
colors of the scroll bars. it seems to work great, but im not sure where to
place it. his is the code that is created:

scrollbar-base-color:;

scrollbar-darkshadow-color:;

Actually, that code is incorrect, depending on how you have coded the rest
of the page. make it like this -

<STYLE type="text/css">
html, BODY {scrollbar-3dlight-color:#F0FFF0;
scrollbar-arrow-color:#000000;
scrollbar-base-color:;
scrollbar-track-color:#D3D3D3;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color:;
scrollbar-face-color:#F5F5F5;
scrollbar-highlight-color:;
scrollbar-shadow-color:}
</STYLE>

and place it anywhere ABOVE </head>.

This will show on IE/PC only, for what that's worth. I tend not to do such
things that are so 'regional'....
