I have got the following instruction to tackle the problem, but where to get
the pstat.exe?
Using Pstat.exe to identify a driver
Pstat.exe is a Resource Kit utility that gives you information about the
processes and drivers that are currently running on your computer. For
diagnostic purposes, the most useful information is the list of loaded
drivers at the end of the output.
Run Pstat.exe at a command prompt. To pipe the information that you receive
from Pstat.exe into a file, use the following command syntax:
pstat.exe > filename
