where to find the fax in vista home edition

I know there has to be one, but for the life of me I cannot find it. Please

No, there is no Windows Fax in the Vista Home editions. You need to use a
third-party program. Some people have recommended Snappy Fax but I have no
experience with software fax programs.

Or a stand-alone fax machine, which can be a better choice for some
people. I bought my fax machine on sale for $20, and it works fine.
