Where to find a cheap image lib

Hi,
I am searching for a cheap image lib to create my asp.net site.
Any idea welcome.

The CLR is full of imaging classes, and they are free.

But my intention was not to replace the CLR .... but to find content to
display with it.
My question was not very explicit, I aplogize.
