Where to download dllhost.exe file

I was hit with the Welchia virus and need to delete this
infected file, but before doing so, I would like to
download the replacement. Any recommendations on where to
download this file? I've done searches off the MS web
site without luck so far. Thanks!
 
You can find it from XP's installation cd. if it is packed (dllhost.ex_),
use expand command to unpack it.
