Where to buy a good LCD panel?

Hello, I'm putting together a sort of DIY laptop/luggable/briefcase PC.
I've decided to use a mini-itx board with onboard GMA900 GPU and LVDS
out. This means that, with the right LCD panel, I've got a somewhat
capable gaming machine.

The problem is that when I look for panels at a place like earthlcd,
they either don't have detailed specs, or if they do I find that the
response time is too slow (I'd really like at least 25ms). Since I
have LVDS out on the board, I can really hook it up to any laptop LCD
panel I'd like.

So my question is: does anybody know a good retailer for laptop LCD
panels, or even better have specific model recommendations? I'm
looking for something around 14" with 1024x768 resolution and <25ms
response time.

Easier just to buy a TFT monitor and strip the guts out of it.
