Where set display style for float

Hello NG,

I use XP in Germany. We have float values with komma, not point, e.g. 15,5
instead of 15.5
On my computer I see the english style. On another computer the german
style.
Where can I set this in windows configuration?

Set the "Decimal Symbol" character in 'Control Panel' > 'Regional and Language
Options' and press on the 'Customize' button on the first page (Regional Options).

You can also specify the character for the thousands grouping and list separator
there as well.

But you need to change the "Decimal Symbol" character.
