where is windows mail address book

I use Windows Vista Home Premium Sp1, Windows Mail

1) Can someone tell me the full name of the address book with its
extension? Previously in XP it ended with "wab" extension.

2) If I create three login accounts for my Windows Vista PC, do each login
member's address book gets created automatically?

There is no address "book". The contacts are stored as individual files in
the Contacts folder.
C:\Users\(youraccount)\Contacts

When you create another vista user, the Contacts folder will be created for
them.
