where is web in excel 2007?

I am searching for the option to add web icon in excel 2007 but do not know
where is the option. Anybody can guide me please?

The only thing you can customize through the user interface in Excel 2007 is
the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT).

This article dates back to the prerelease period but it's still valid.

Change the "Choose commands from" drop down to show "All Commands" and look
for the one you want.

I can do that quick launching. But my problem is that the source which I
cant find where it is. I was keeping that icon in excel 2003 which shows on
tool bar with full path of the file in open.
