Where is Vista logon wallpaper located?

Can anyone point me to where the Vista logon wallpaper resides? It's the
wallpaper you see when you are logging on as a user, or when you logoff and
Vista is shutting down. I can't find it anywhere, and I'd like to - it's
nice, and I'd like to make it my general desktop wallpaper.

Actually I think what I'm looking for is also referred to as the Welcome
screen wallpaper. That's what I'd like to find, as Vista Ultimate has really
nice welcome screen wallpaper that I'd like to use for my general desktop.
Thanks, J

its probably buried in a resource DLL as a bitmap. you wont find it laying
around as a jpeg if thats what youre looking for

Yep that's what I recall with XP, but I just don't remember where it is or
how to extract it. Thanks for reply, J

Not quite it, but here is the background from the screen you get when you
press ctrl-alt-del. The one you get now is actually a little different
because this one is from one of the betas. Just took a little editing.
