Where is this???

In following instructions to do a task, I am prompted to click on the
"Create A Hyperlink" icon on the "Formatting Bar". Where do I find these two
things? Have IE6 with OE6.

What kind of task? what S/W are you running at the time?
does it have a tools menu, with options to add a
formatting taskbar? Reply to group...
