Where is this dropdown menu setting?

Hi, I somehow changed a setting without knowing it and now I can't locate
where to change it back.

Now all my dropdown menus in WordPad, the favs dropdown in my folders and
IE, and a few others, only open to list the first few things in the dropdown
unless I click a little arrow at the bottom of the dropdown to reveal the
rest of the items listed in the dropdown. Where is this setting to change it
back to show the entire dropdown list? Thanks.

I am so sorry, I meant MS Word, not word pad. I managed to set the drops
downs back to normal in Word with tools> customize> Options> and check
"Always show full menus". But that didn't seem to affect the Favorites
dropdown in my folders and in IE. Any suggestions? Thank you.
