H Herb Tyson [MVP] May 12, 2010 #3 ....and if you don't see it, then right-click the status bar at the bottom of the Word window, and click Zoom Slider. You can also zoom using Ctrl+mouse wheel, assuming you have a mouse wheel. This feature should work in earlier versions of Word, as well.
