where is the show/hide button in microsoft word 2003

i can't find the show/hide button
can have some one tell me?
i am in hurry to use it
i only know i can use the Ctrl+Shift+H
but i need to find the button
plz help

Ctrl+Shift+H toggles the Hidden property--not what you want at all.
Ctrl+Shift+8 toggles Show/Hide ¶. The button for this command is normally on
the Standard toolbar and has a ¶ icon. If it is missing, you can restore it
using Tools | Customize. See
