Where is the short cut bar?

Hi, I use MS Office 2002 on an XP computer. MS Office used to have a short
cut bar which can be set to load when windows starts. And one can put
whatever applications short cut on it. But I cannot find the short cut bar
for MS Office 2002.
Any one can help?

I use MS Office 2002 on an XP computer. MS Office used to have a short

cut bar which can be set to load when windows starts.

On my Start Menu > All Programs there is a folder called Microsoft
Office Tools. The Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar is in there.

But I can't remember if it came like that, or if I had to install it
thru Add or Remove Programs. If so, find Microsoft Office XP Small
Business, Change, Add or Remove Features, Office Tools, Microsoft Office
Shortcut Bar. Sheesh!
