Where is the Power User's Group?

Use the Computer Management snap-in (you can get there
from Administrative Tools) and Power Users is one of the
groups listed.

Only available on XP Pro.

Thanks! I set my account to a power user account in the
Computer Management app. Is it normal that in User
Accounts, it identifies my power user account as
an "Unknown Account Type"?
