where is the name of the application stored

SuzyQ

I have an access 2000 application that I have copied to split. In the
process of splitting, I am also combining with other access applications that
I have because there are several databases that have cross linked tables with
other databases. I'm getting all this worked out, but I want to change the
name of the application. I have changed the name of the mdb, but when I go
to compile the application it still has the old name. Is there a place where
I can tell access the new name?

There are two places you need to change.

The main one is under Tools -> Startup -> Application Title.

In the VBA code window look at Tools -> the entry below Options...
