Where is the %Multiple pages Command located?

When customising a toolbar I was able to drag and drop the command "%Multiple
pages' onto a menu bar (a small green icon with 4 small pages shown on it).
However I don't remember where it came from - it does not come up when
looking under "All Commands" when customising the toolbars. Does anyone know
where it comes from???

Hi Boborn,

You'll find it in Print Preview screen.
When in that screen you can use Tools=>Customize,
turn on other toolbars and then drag a copy of that
icon to another one that will appear in Print Layout view.
