Where is the MSFlexGrid Control

I seem not to find a new control in Visual Basic .Net that does or performs as what the MSFlexGrid Control does in VB6 (eg merging cells). If anyone has an idea of what control to use, please help!!!.

There is not a direct replacement for the msflexgrid control. Check
out the free controls that come with the vb.net resource kit. The
componetone Flexgrid is similar.
