MSFlexGrid Control

I have a program written in previous version of VC++ that
uses MsFlexGrid control. I am trying to port it into
Visual Studio .Net application. I am unable to open the
dialog box having MsFlexgrid control , it complaints about
the design time license to use this control.

Please give me some pointers.
