Where is the feature for 'routing recipients' in PowerPoint 2003?

This was available in version 2002. Right?! I see it in Word & Excel 2003.

File/Send to/Mail Recipient (for Review)

? Is that what you're after?
 
Not exactly. Go to Word or Excel 2003 and click on FILE > SEND TO, you'll
see "Routing Recipient". In Office 2002, this was also there for PowerPoint.
What happened in version 2003?!

As far as I know it is gone, as to the why that's another question.
