where is the archive folder, dudes?

Hey, this just started happening today sometime.

The archive folder has gone and all my messages disappear once I close
outlook down.

This is kinda weird. Try to get your head around this if you can...

I am using vista beta 2 X64 and office beta 7 dual booting with xp (not xp
64) (also running office beta 7) on a separate h/d.

Its hard to figure this out, but the xp office beta 7 version of outlook
shows my archives folder intact, and all my messages are there. However,
when I go to x64 vista and open outlook. Nuffink! Anyone have the goodies on
why this is so?

You're in the wrong newsgroup - this would be a question about Office/Outlook
not Windows Mail.
Anyway, your archive .pst file is likely hidden or not yet created if you have
not archived under Vista yet.

Oh, okay. Thanks. Something wrong with the .pst file as it wont open. Tried
reinstalling the software only to have it lock up. Now nothing works. Guess
what? I'm gettin' outta here an' goin' back to xp where its warm and safe.
Thanks again...and GOOD LUCK!

Why not simply open Outlook and import the information from the other .pst
file?
