Where is the Add/Remove Programs in Vista????

Running Vista Business on a new Thinkpad laptop. Installed software that
doesn't have it's own uninstaller exe. How can Vista preform this
operation?

I find the quickest way to it is to open Computer. You'll find it in the
top toolbar.
