Where is Outlook Express Email Archive Folder

Okay this is wierd. Outlook Express is saying that my
email .dbx files are stored at C:\Documents and
Settings\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{8D32DF8B-D3B8-4783-A0C5-FE37E2FC8659}
\Microsoft\Outlook Express. When I browse for this
folder (C:\Documents and Settings) it does not appear.

I want to back up my files... but can't find that folder
on my computer... Very wierd. Like a hidden folder or
something.

I welcome any comments.

You are quite correct. It is a hidden folder. You have to enable hidden
folders and files in Windows Explorer

It is hidden. In My Computer or Windows Explorer click the Tools menu, click Folder
Options, click the View tab. Under the heading: Hidden Files and Folders click on the
radio button to the left of: Show Hidden Files and Folders. Then beneath that listing
click to REMOVE the checkmark to the left of: Hide Extensions for Known File Types. Then
click the APPLY and OK buttons.

As you've learnt, it's a hidden folder. Just past the full directory path in the RUN box in order to go to that folder directly.
