Where is my menu/toolbar/address bar???

Apologies if this appears twice - maybe I'm just being
impatient

Anyway, I installed some MS updates today and since then,
the menus, toolbar and the box where you type web
addresses have all vanished from IE (apparently version
6.0.2800.1106).

1) How do I get them back?
2) Will I have to reinstall IE6
3) Will reinstalling it lose my favourites or can I save
them somehow?
