Dear Sir,
I've 2 questions:
1- i need to know the location of my Current used Security Policy on the
Hard Disk!!!
2- How can i include a customized security template to be run during windows
XP setup , or make it as a script file to be applied with only Runing it??
NB: i'm not in a Domain environment , or i don't like to import it through
the group policy.
thanks for your help.

You can create a security template with the settings you need and import it
into the operating system or use secedit [see secedit in help] in a batch
file to apply it after the operating system is installed. If you have a lot
of operating systems to install you might look at using Sysprep though you
should test it first to make sure it works the way you want before rolling
out. Offhand I don't know if Sysprep will maintain changes to all security
policy. --- Steve

Thanks Mr. Steven
But i don't want deploying Windows using sysprep or any third party utility.
also , my case doesn't require importing a customized Security template , or
even using Group policy to be applied to the clients, i've no DC , just a
work group.
I'm only need to know where does windows XP store the current used Security
policy ?

thanks in advance.

It is mostly stored in security.sdb, which you may only adjust by use
of gpedit or secedit much as Steve has recommended.
