Where is my Address Book

I am trying to find the file containing the address book
in Outlook 2000. My old computer was badly damaged and
written off, I managed to save the hard drive but am
unable to transfer the address book to my new computer.
I have connected the old hard drive to the new computer
Via am adapter to the USB port and am able to access the
drive but am unable to find the file with the address
book.Can anyone tell me where it is and how i can
transfer the address book information to my new computer
so i can use it in my new computer in outlook XP

Outlook or outlook express?
Outlook = fine a file called outlook.pst
Outlook express = file a file called, your-user-name-here.wab(or search for
*.wab)

It's a file with the extension .pst, normally outlook.pst.
