Where is it... the registry reference bible ...

.... holding all the names and values Microsoft uses to pilote, change, and extend IE6 and Windows explorer features ?
.... stating correct key names, allowable values, the purpose why it was invented, the solution to which faulty behaviour, .. etc. etc.

Are you trying to manually set Meta Refresh to true? (DWORD 1608)

Anyway, the control panel wasn't updated correctly on some operating systems
running ie6, that would be our best bet. But for what OS?
