Where is 'from' field button

I have outlook 2000 and want to be able to see the 'From' field as opposed to
changing it via the Options box 'Send message using:'.

With Word at the editor I cant customise the menus so i temporarily turned
it of - OK so far. With Word turned off, i can now customise the toolbar but
cant for the life of me find the 'From field' command.

Anyone able to help ??

Is it on the View menu, if you're not using Word as your editor, when
creating a mail item?

The From field does not accomplish the same this as "Send message using".
