Where is Favorites on my menu bar for Outlook 2007?

My new computer has Vista and I am using a trial version of Office 2007
(Standard).
My Outlook 2007 menu bar does not show Favorites--I have to go to Explorer
in order to access my Favorites (like bookmarks).

How can I show Favorites on menu bar of my Outlook 2007?

Thank you.

I tried Aligator's suggestion below, but couldn't get it to work. I searched
for more suggestions and finally got it fixed.

Here's what I did:
On Outlook, go to View>Toolbars>Customize>Command tab>Menu Bar>Commands
highlight Favorites and drag to Menu Bar on top.

It worked! Yipee.
